Mushroom slicer "MSP-02"
Mushroom slicer model ‘MSP-02’ is used for cutting mushrooms into cubes. It is made of steel and the parts which are
in direct contact with the mushroom are made of stainless steel.
Standard clearance between the blades i.e. the width of mushroom cubes should be 15x15 mm, but, on customer request, any clearance could be made (12x12 mm, 17x17 mm, 20x20 mm)
It is important to say that the clearance between the blades is not adjustable.
The capacity of the slicer is 120-150 kg/h depending on the way of cutting. The machine replaces 35-40 employees.
