Machine for cutting bread intended for cutting bread slices. It is made of structural steel, and the parts that are
in direct contact with bread made of stainless steel.
Standard blade spacing, ie. thick slices of bread cut is 14 mm, but can be produced according to customer spacing (12mm, 13mm, 15mm, 16mm ...).
Spacing of knives can not be re-assembled.
Machine capacity is 240 loaves/h depending on the method of cutting.
The part above the knives, is spring-loaded clamping device, which serves for mounting of a loaf.
The maximum length of a loaf is 330mm.
