Mushroom slicer "MSP-01"
Mushroom slicer model ‘MSP-01’ is used for cutting mushrooms into slices. It is made of steel and
the parts which are in direct contact with the mushroom are made of chrome.
Standard clearance between the blades i.e. the width of mushroom slices should be 5.5 mm, but, on customer request, any clearance could be made (6 mm, 6.5 mm, 7 mm, 7.5 mm, etc.). It is important to say that the clearance between the blades is not adjustable.
The capacity of the slicer is 120-150 kg/h depending on the way of cutting. The machine replaces 35-40 employees.
